The terms "We" "Our" or "Us" refers to "HM Supplies Ltd" and "hmsupplies.com" and "You" or "Your" refers to the person accessing our site or ordering goods from our website over the internet. Further details of our terms are listed below, our terms and conditions are in relation to UK law. Products, their prices, descriptions and availability; ALL prices are shown in GBP, Pounds Sterling only and all goods are subject to availability, information or details of which can change at any time hence we are unable to guarantee a same price policy for any subsequent products. Should any of our products not be in stock at the time of order we will contact you to offer an alternative product or arrange for shipping at a later date. Sales tax; VAT is included in the price of all of our products so there wont be added tax to your order at the checkout.
