Cancellation Customers have the right to cancel an order for up to 7 days from the date of the order, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of a claim if the items returned are in a sell worthy condition, unfortunately we are unable to refund goods that have been tailor made. All enquiries regarding cancellation should be sent to enquiries @ hmsupplies.com (without the spaces), someone will answer your enquiry within 3 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
